1. Who we are

Zynvox (“Zynvox”, “we”, “us”) provides AI dispatch and operations systems for trade businesses. This policy explains how we handle information collected through zynvox.tech and in providing our services. Questions can be sent to taha@zynvox.tech.

2. Information we collect

The revenue leakage calculator runs entirely in your browser. The numbers you enter are not sent to us or stored.

• Information you give us — for example your name, email address, phone number, company name and anything you write when you contact us or book a call.
• Booking information — when you schedule a call, the details you enter are collected by our scheduling provider and shared with us.
• Technical information — basic data your browser sends when you visit the site, such as IP address, browser type and pages viewed.

3. Data we process for our clients

When a business uses Zynvox, we process information about that business’s customers — such as caller phone numbers, messages, job details and appointment information — on the business’s behalf and according to its instructions and our agreement with it. The business is responsible for having the right to share that information and for obtaining any consent required to contact its customers.

4. How we use information

• To respond to enquiries and schedule calls.
• To provide, operate and improve our services.
• To send service-related communications.
• To keep our website and services secure and to meet legal obligations.

5. How we share information

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run our business — such as hosting, scheduling and messaging providers — under obligations to protect it, or when required by law.

6. How long we keep it

We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above, or as required by law or our agreements with clients, and then delete or anonymise it.

7. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your choices and rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete personal information we hold about you by emailing taha@zynvox.tech. If your information was provided to us by a business that uses Zynvox, we may refer your request to that business.

9. Children

Our website and services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last changed.
