The terms that apply when you use the Zynvox website.

By using zynvox.tech (the “website”) you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

2. About the website

The website describes Zynvox and its services. The live demo, example figures and revenue leakage calculator are illustrations only. Calculator results are estimates based on the numbers you enter and are not a guarantee of results.

3. Our services

Use of the Zynvox platform by a business is governed by a separate written agreement between Zynvox and that business. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement applies.

4. Acceptable use

When using the website you agree not to:

  • break any law or infringe anyone’s rights;
  • try to gain unauthorised access to the website or its systems;
  • interfere with the website’s operation, including by introducing malicious code; or
  • copy, scrape or reuse the website’s content for commercial purposes without our permission.

5. Intellectual property

The Zynvox name, logo, website design, text and graphics belong to Zynvox or its licensors. You may view and share pages for personal or internal business use, but may not reproduce them otherwise without our written permission.

6. Third-party links

The website links to third-party services, such as our scheduling provider, LinkedIn and X. We are not responsible for their content or practices, and their own terms apply when you use them.

7. Disclaimer

The website is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent permitted by law, we make no warranties that it will be accurate, complete, uninterrupted or error-free.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Zynvox is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or any loss of profit or data, arising from your use of the website.

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last changed. Continuing to use the website means you accept the updated terms.
