How Zynvox treats your business’s data and your customers’ information.
The short answer
Zynvox processes your customers’ information only to run the service for you and according to your instructions. We do not sell personal information, and you can ask for data to be accessed, corrected or deleted at any time.
What we process
- Caller phone numbers and the messages and call details exchanged with Zynvox.
- Qualification answers, job or appointment details and booking information.
- The records Zynvox writes to your CRM or calendar on your behalf.
How we handle it
- Used only to provide, operate and improve the service for your business.
- Shared only with the providers needed to run Zynvox (for example hosting and messaging) under obligations to protect it, or when the law requires.
- Kept only as long as needed for these purposes or as required by law and our agreement with you, then deleted or anonymised.
- Protected with reasonable technical and organisational measures.
Your customers’ requests
Requests to access, correct or delete personal information can be sent to taha@zynvox.tech. Where the information was provided by a business that uses Zynvox, we may refer the request to that business.

Does Zynvox sell or share customer data?
No. We do not sell personal information. It is shared only with the service providers needed to run Zynvox, such as hosting and messaging, or when required by law.
Who owns the data Zynvox collects for my business?
Information about your customers is processed on your behalf and according to your instructions and our agreement with you.
Can we complete a security review before signing?
Yes. Send your security questionnaire or requirements and we will answer them as part of the evaluation.
Is Zynvox suitable for regulated industries such as healthcare or legal?
Tell us your regulatory requirements before deployment and we will confirm what applies. Zynvox handles intake and scheduling conversations and does not give medical or legal advice.
